Nvidia Invests $500 Million in Developing Supercomputer in Israel
Nvidia is constructing a research and development supercomputer in northern Israel with a power capacity of 30 megawatts, with an expected investment of $500 million. This supercomputer is located in the Mevo'ot Eron area near Yokne'am Illit, covering an area of 10,000 square meters, and will house hundreds of the latest generation Blackwell liquid cooling systems. Although the exact number of deployed accelerators is not yet clear, Israeli media reports suggest that the configuration is expected to include 'thousands of' graphics processing units (GPUs).
